Our verification process is built to ensure a smooth User experience without compromising security and compliance requirements.

For this reason, we partnered with well-known providers to ensure the highest standards in the verification processes.

The verification process is articulated as follows:

• AI Document Verification - In this step we validate the authenticity of the ID document provided by the User
• Facial verification & Liveness Check - We ensure that the User on the document is the same person of the one completing the process and that he is an alive person.
• AML/CTF Check - We ensure that the User does not fall into any restricted category according to AML/CTF legislation and databases.

To verify end Users’ documents’ authenticity and validity, we rely on government dataset.

Our ID verification solution analyzes more than 360 different documents (including identity documents, driving licenses, and passports) from more than 126 countries.

Documents’ images are captured in high quality through optical character recognition (OCR) and processed with a strict validation process.

Our controls start with the document’s Visual Inspection Zone (VIZ), including the photograph, the OCR nodes, and the Physical security features (such as OVI inks, micro-writing, Kinegrams, etc.)

The checks extend to the document’s parts which are intended to be read by a machine, including the Machine Readable Zone (MRZ), Bidimensional Codes (PDF417, Code128, Code39, QR), and physical chips (NFC) according to ICAO standards.
